Thanks to the animated film industry, feelings are becoming more in the spotlight, due to movies such as Inside Out, Inside Out 2, Coco, and Encanto. These films have increased awareness of different types of emotions such as sadness, happiness, anger, embarrassment, anxiety, grief, shame, and nervousness. Horrible feelings that won’t go away
You’ve spent time reviewing this list and trying to name your feelings.
