  2. Will you tell me about your style in doing ther­a­py? (i.e., do you pri­mar­i­ly lis­ten, do you chal­lenge me on my beliefs, do you teach me cop­ing skills?)
  3. Will you please tell me about your expe­ri­ence, train­ing, and edu­ca­tion in treat­ing my challenge/concern?
  4. How often do you rec­om­mend meet­ing?
  5. What do you think would be best to do between ses­sions as I work on this sit­u­a­tion? 
  6. Do you do self-pay or take insur­ance?
